Australia’s first annual fashiontv (ftv) Diamond Model Awards, a prestigious runway-model-search hosted by the leading fashion channel, launches nationally this month.

The haute couture catwalk competition features aspiring female models aged 18 to 28, competing in heats for a position in the Grand Final, to be held in Melbourne, Australia’s fashion capital, in November.

In conjunction with Ruth Tarvydas, VSK is hosting the Perth leg of the event.

First Heat - September 19th @ Onyx Bar

The first round of castings was held on Sunday 16th August and there were some stunning applicants in attendance. The judges Tanya Muia (Chadwick Models), Gary Sandford (Gary Sandford Photography) and Vinod Kumar (VSK) had the tough job of selecting the final 12 for heat 1.
